Job Description


  • Compile and update farmers information
  • Compile weekly production stats of each famer and capture it on excel
  • Communicate with the markets/customers and other partners
  • Email management
  • Ordering and capturing of inputs
  • Recording and keeping information on farmers expenses including labour and input expenses
  • Handle social media management daily, updating information on all social media platforms
  • Compile project inventory and management of the inventory
  • General Filling and record keeping
  • Management of all equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings and taking minutes at meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post and filling
