Company Description

NW Staff Link’s objectives for every assignment are to:

Cast the ‘recruitment net’ as wide as possible to ensure that a suitable number of qualified candidates are screened for each vacancy

Ensure that the client has the required number of qualified, short-listed candidates to choose from (minimum of three candidates per position)

Market the client in the appropriate manner to all candidates

Market the candidates in the appropriate manner to the client

Ensure that all assignment milestones are met and that the right candidate is placed within the agreed time frame

Ensure that all candidates, whether successful or not, have a positive experience of both the client and NW Staff Link and find the recruitment process worth the effort
